Multiple lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6798366.

All lights on the A5183 roundabout where you exit the M1 at Junction 9 just before Flamstead have failed. Been like this for over a month

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the streetlighting on the A5183.

    We have recently upgraded the existing columns to LED as part of our nationwide scheme. It was identified that additional streetlights are required for this location and are currently on order.

    The scheme is planned to be completed by January 2025.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
