Speed camera faulty and flashing all drivers. Nobody over the limit near me and flashed 3 times.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6789152.

Speed camera near j15 of m60 westbound is faulty. Flashed 3 times that I sawe and nobody nearby was going over the speed limit.
