Fencing has collapsed

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6787541.

The fencing that runs along the bottom of the verge has collapsed and rotted,the area has become very overgrown, the fence boundaries a residential property, we have checked the boundary responsibility and believe it may be the responsibility of the highways to maintain.
