Signal not going green

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6770559.

The set opposite the Jet garage. The filter light to turn right is permanently on red and causing a lot of problems.

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways.

    We can confirm that engineers went out to site last week and reset the controller. This did bring the site back online and all signals were operating. Please be advised that a detailed investigation into further faults is ongoing We will undertake any changes, once we have found a suitable solution. Kind regards National Highways
