In response to your second email - they are on the footpath where I want my children to school and the mail footpath to get to the bus stop for the X 38 - please send me an email Address that I can reply to and I will send you the photographs

Thank you for contacting National Highways regarding the redundant traffic management equipment. We will arrange for one of our local inspectors to investigate this. Where we have identified redundant equipment, this will be removed. However, in some cases we do leave items in place for future use. Some isolated cones may also be in place for a specific purpose that may not be clear to passing vehicles. Kind regards National Highways
