Reported via mobile in the Abandoned Materials (NH) category anonymously at 19:25, Tue 19 November 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6761494.

I have previously reported this but have received an email to say this is a council issue. This is not a council issue. If you send someone out you will clearly see that they are highways England signs left behind from when traffic was diverted off the A38 when roadworks were being carried out by highways England.

Updates

  • These signs are not for National Highways works. The signs in question are not on the footpath also and are on the side where public shouldn’t be walking.

The signs are for the diversion of the widening scheme which is situated at Branston and the signs are Claymills form part of the diversion route. The traffic management company the signs belong to are RHTM.

State changed to: not the council's responsibility
