M3 North nr Jct 13 faulty electronic lane signs

On the M3 northbound around junction 13, 2 of the gantries appear to have faulty individual lane electronic signs. When I passed under the gantry signs they were set with an advisory 40 limit with flashing amber beacons, but some of the lanes did not show this. It appeared to cause some confusion today as some people were slowing down but others were going past at speed in the lanes with no advisory limit displayed.

The gantry at 1/3 mile before junction 13 marked 116 5/S, the electronic signs over lane 3 and 4 do not work.

The last gantry before junction 13 marked 116 0161B, the electronic sign over lane 4 does not work.
