Dead rats and live ones along side of road and in vegetation

There is litter all along the section of the A22 Eastbound in the vegetation area by the side of the duel carriageway, the section that backs onto Primrose Way and Sayerland Road. There is an urgent need for dead rats to be removed, rubbish to be removed and for appropriate pest control measures to be undertaken.
