BT Cover surround, by the layby

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6721212.

The surround to this BT cover has been a problem for over 18 months. You should be aware of it. Temporary material is being regularly applied and failing (almost weekly). Last night the cover punctured by tyre.

West bound, outside wheel track. You cant miss it to drive over it.
