50 MPH signs abandoned

Reported via mobile in the Abandoned Materials (NH) category anonymously at 09:36, Wed 6 November 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6699995.

A 50 MPH section was put in place presumably to allow for the dismantling of a structure in a field edge adjacent to a lay-by. It must be a couple of months now since the structure was removed. The field has been ploughed ready for a new crop, including the eare where the structure was. The speed limit is now causing safety issues and increasing driver irritation.
