Lighting columns not working

Hope all is well.

Can you please assist with the message received below regaling faulty lighting at Markeaton island?

Wonder if you can have a bit more success than me with getting the lamp standards at the end of Ashbourne road onto Markeaton island repaired. They have been out for two years now and it's really dangerous with park exit, and access to both Maccdonalds and the petrol station. I've tried reporting it several times and nothing has been done.
