Loose Manhole Cover

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6691090.

A manhole cover in the nearside, northbound A449 carriageway is very loose. When vehicles drive over it the cover and surrounding frame jump up and down making a very loud clattering sound. This issue was reported and repaired about 6 months ago after the cover came loose but it is now doing it again.
