Traffic light timing (dangerous)

Traffic light timing from slip road of A14 to Kettering, industrial estate turning are way out of time and change randomly depending on time of day. These are becoming very dangerous and causing cars to back up on road about and over hang oncoming traffic lanes. There will be an accident here before long as this issue has been raised by others and has not been resolved.
