Carriage way drain cover loose

After many complaints regarding the loose drain cover on the junction of Berriedale Drive and the A27, although this case seemed to be closed this is still an issue for the residents living nearby and struggling to sleep due to how loud it is when vehicles drive over this constantly. This needs to be sorted asap as this is unacceptable, as this has been reported over 6 months ago and especially when the road has been closed off numerous times there for giving ample opportunity to fix this loose drain cover

    The noisy cover was reported to Southern Water on 7 June for repair under Section 81 of New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 which sets out the duty of a utility company to maintain their apparatus. The reference allocated was FNS8120341508-S81-UW.
