Road surface to low to see oncoming vehicle

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6655434.

I would have been hit by oncoming car today, the road surface is not high enough to see the oncoming vehicles, there are 2 junctions which we use, for both the junctions, its difficult to join, as the view is blocked by parked cars, some people drive at 50mph. Our neighbours have said the same thing. Please examine this area for both the junctions or it can cost life.
