Large deformation

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6652142.

There is a major deformation in lane 1 coast bound which is now causing major shaking to my house when HGVs are hitting it. My insurance company have requested I log a complaint so we have evidence that this has been reported. They are currently concerned that structural damage is occurring to my house and have stressed that this defect in the road needs to be fixed asap.
