Time of traffic lights is too short

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 09:09, Wed 16 October 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6620738.

Entering into Junction 33 from Milton is impossible, in morning hours there is no slot left for traffic coming from Milton village, either the traffic lights on A10 and traffic from other end of A14 should be slowed further down or there is a need of traffic light so queues could be let out with evenly distributed time.

  • Thank you for making your report. We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue.

If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.

Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
