Unsafe crossing point

The new configuration on Old Mains Lane, part of A585 project. The crossing in the picture I have got shows the crossing in a dangerous position - on a blind bend . Whilst walking my guide dog using the appropriate place we were nearly run over by a motorised coming around the bend . There were several commercial premises ( United Utilities, Kennels, residences) further around . This is down to the original planning . I use this crossing frequently and I am terrified about consequences and now have to cross the road in an unspecified area. ? ie without pavement markings. I have also reported this to Guide Dogs uk as it it is poor.
