Bollard missing from centre of road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6614438.

The bollard which was in the middle of the A30 near St Erth Business Park has obviously been hit. It is now on the footpath. There is now the raised surface left behind. My worry is that,despite chevrons indicating no overtaking, a vehicle could collide with it-most likely a motorcyclist or emergency vehicle especially when traffic is queuing at the lights,
