Wheatsheaf pub - Sign obstructs traffic approaching on the A259 if you are pulling out of Chestnut Walk

Reported via desktop in the Sign Obscured (NH) category by Sarah Errington at 14:15, Fri 11 October 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6591898.

I have no problem with the general signage that the Wheatsheaf pub puts out but the Food Served Here Daily means that I struggle to pull out onto the roundabout as I cannot see the cars approaching to my left coming along the A259. If you are average height and or in an SVU it’s not a problem but I am 1.50m and drive a VWPolo. I have to pull out into the roundabout daily when I go to visit my elderly mother.
