Not a fence issue

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6566846.

I could not report the issue under any of the headings provided. There is a van hidden in this area and someone is sleeping in it. I work for Surrey County Council Highways and saw it there a few weeks ago and it is still there. it also looks like the person has cleared vegetation leading to the gate onto A3 and i am concerned there could be a safety issue here. If someone could call me i can meet onsite
