Road surface breaking up and delaminating in braking area and degraded markings causing a near miss on Thursday

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6557861.

The give way sign is eroded and the surface is delaminated. The car in front of me failed to give way then had to brake hard as an HGV was exiting services He had to brake and only just avoided an incident as abs cut in due to delaminated surface. The markings were reported in January but not reinstated, nor was the surface, and just caused a near miss. Thus urgently needs repair - both the markings and surface repair.
