Collaped Drain

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 22:26, Thu 3 October 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6549644.

A customer asked us to look at a blocked drain. We used a sewer camera and found that there was a collapsed drain. We reported it to Anglian Water, who attended and said it wasn't their responsibility and also the council who have also stated it is not their responsibility. Hence, I am reporting it. The drain is collapsed 1.5 meters from the gully, and I have marked it with orange spray paint. You can also see that the tarmac is rippled, showing where the collapse is.
