Van parked on kerb at busy motorway junction obstructing road

There’s a van been parked/abandoned for 2 days on a very busy motorway junction that is causing an obstruction. There are frequent accidents at this junction anyway, this is increasing the risk and it needs to be moved ASAP

    We advise that you contact your local policing team to assess the van and request removal. Regrettably, this is something we're unable to enforce under the circumstances.
