Motorway bridge is causing flooding under the bridge and cause it to flow down the road.

Motorway bridge is causing flooding under the bridge and cause it to flow down the road. Thursday night it flooded our whole house and wrote off three vehicles. Upon inspection today it’s still very bad and may get worse again, it looks like it’s going to cause more damage again it needs looking at immediately. I have photos and videos I can email across.
