M62 West J9 Exit

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6536553.

When the 'Queue on Slip Road' signs come on at the M62 West J9 Exit, the speed signs also come on, but on the wrong gantries. The 40mph signs appear on the first gantry AFTER the entire junction. whats the point in that when the queue is on the exit slip? the 40 & 60 gantries should surely both be before the slip road the queue is on, not saying 40mph when already passed the junction.
