Lights not working

You appear to have closed the report previously made regarding a cluster of lights not working on the London Road( the main A5) in Towcester along the racecourse wall , this is a very busy road and pathway from the thousands of houses on the new estates , they have been working for the last few days but it is now 19.45 and the lights are off yet again
