Large pothole, damage to carridgeway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6518688.

Large pothole in bell mouth of access to Bradwell Quarry/Indaver IWMF site. The pothole is in the exit side of the bell mouth. I observed on 25th September. The bellmouth is part of the public highway. Previous reports show status closed but the damage is still there
