Can you Build A emergency refuge areas Here On A195(M) were parking is because the A195(M) has no hard shoulder and its very unsafe please ask Washington to give you the ownership here on sliproad to have emergency refuge areas, and can you build new signs on A195(M) motorway saying SOS 200 Yards OR Somthing like that, and the sos needs, a phone thing, it needs signs e.g SOS sign and no stopping e.g sign, and a barrier to keep people safe if breakdown and the road markings in the sos.

We are also continuing to develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of network renewals and upgrades.
