Traffic lights causing long queues back onto motorway

• The timing of the traffic lights on the M25 slip road going on to the A320 causes huge queues during peak times. I have done a time calculation, and it takes six minutes or more to go from the point where you leave the m25 to get to the traffic lights. If you compound that time over the whole year, a single person will spend just over 25 hours waiting to cross this traffic light. It has been my observation that there is not much traffic going from the A320 to the A317 and cars on the slipway are unnecessarily waiting for the traffic lights to change. I have two suggestions to improve / minimise the wait time and queuing: 1. Install induction loops to control traffic lights for traffic going from the A317 to the A320 so if there is no traffic for 2 seconds, the traffic lights on the slip way go green. I estimate this will cut the waiting time to half of what it currently is. 2. Remove the traffic light on the slipway completely and change it to a give way.
