Overgrown Tree Blocking Traffic Light

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6509714.

A tree branch has grown infront of the traffic light that “clearly visible” to see when stopped. At the moment it is obscuring the red and part of the amber light.
