Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6487420.

Had an incident at 03:30 on the 14th September, ran over an object on the motorway between jct 10 an 11 which caused a puncture in my offside front. Pulled over to the hard shoulder adjacent to SOS phone 8049A. Tried to use the phone panel light illuminated but no ring tone, not sure if phone was operational,
