Extra large wheel from a tractor or large lorry

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6483720.

There is a huge wheel in the middle lane that a car in front of me had to emergency break at 70mph last minute they then swerved around the wheel and I didn't have time to so I had to go over it to avoid causing a bit accident. I'm not sure exactly what junction it was near but it was on the m62 close to Rochdale. My front bonnet has been badly damage along with other damage to the front of my car and also underneath
