All road markings already invisible

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6476523.

All of the road markings on the roundabout have worn away - this is a very fast roundabout with high volume of vehicle movements and it is very dangerous in its current form. People are 'straight linining' the roundabout as no road markings are visbible, cars are drifting all over the place trying to follow a logical desire line. This is going to cause a serious accident if not resolved soon. I note this has been logged already a few times yet nothing has been done.

    We're aware of the faded road markings on the roundabout. A scheme has been designed to refresh these and construction is due from 19-21 September, baring any unforeseen circumstances.

    The works will be carried out overnight when there's less traffic on the roads.
