Faulty change time

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6457381.

The lights are only turning for six seconds causing huge tailbacks on the westbound carriageway. This presents a danger as traffic approaching at 70mph cannot see the unexpectedly queuing traffic.
