Fire hydrant loose

Reported via mobile in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 14:52, Monday 9 September 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6453495.

Fire hydrant is loose in middle of the road and as traffic goes over it continuously bangs day and night as this is a main A road the sound which is quiet large keeps me up at night , it was reported over a month ago and no inspection has been sorted, it needs replacing, not hit with a metal rod like last time, it would be noted this is been going on for a long time now and down Barnhorn Road their are also additional manhole covers which are loose and bang day and night.
