Blocked drain

This blocked drain has been an issue since last winter and even during the summer months there remained surface water around it

    Our team visited this location on 11 September 2024 and no emergency safety defects were identified.

    Our team advise there are no issues with the gully and that they could see clear to the bottom with no standing water in or around the gully. No further action is required at this time.

    We will continue to monitor the area during our regular inspections. Should any safety defects arise, then we’ll arrange the necessary remedial work if required.
