A1033 between Valetta St and Somerden Road overgrown bushes shrubbery obscuring view of approaching traffic - safety issue

• I have again submitted a request for this problem to be addressed via Hull City council and been told that the location is not within their area. The postcode is a Hull post code, our bins are emptied by Hull City Council and we Pay our Council tax to Hull City council, so I am now feeling confused and a little frustrated. The verge outside our premises, Holderness Health, 1501 Hedon Road is full of rubbish and piece of old carpet and the vegetation, shrubs and trees are very overgrown. The location of the problem is on the eastbound side of the road just prior to the entrance to our premises where the large green Somerden Roundabout sign is located . There have been several near misses due to cyclists not being seen because of the height of the vegetation along the verge. When there re multiple cars and or lorries pulling into the carpark it is incredibly dangerous to slow down enough to ensure cyclists safety while trying not to cause an accident on the carriageway. Please could this matter be addressed. The rubbish is a disgrace but it is the safety aspect I am more concerned about. Very kind regards Angela Gresham
