Permanent red light shown

I sat at this traffic light (3rd car down) for 15 mins as the traffic light shows red permanently. I know this has been an on and off issue for far too long but it’s causing serious traffic issues and delays especially as supply trucks use this road. It also causes queues that back on to the roundabout before it and that can pose a risk. I understand people are worried about breaking driving laws and going through a red light is a penalty but people are having to do so when it’s safe to due to not being able to turn around at all or being able to turn around safely as the other side of the road can be very busy and also is having delays due to the round about before that being at a stand still.
