Trees obscuring road signage

Over the summer months the road signs on the A46 heading eastbound towards the hobby horse roundabout next to the left hand carriageway have become overgrown with trees. The warning signs showing the roundbaout coming up, the slip roads joining and which lanes to be in and roundabout exits are unable to be read until upon them. This is causing issues due to people breaking harshly to read them. This is an on going problem and has been getting worse over summer
