Water not draining away

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6446100.

The underpass under the A303 is flooded again, likely as a result of the heavy rain of the past few days. There is an increase in vehicles using this road at the current time due to road closures around Whitchurch.
