Lane marking are gone and so is the box jnt markings

The lane markings have worn away exiting horton road to join the round about and the box Jnt yellow marking have also worn away. This has been mostly in this state since at least January this year.

I have been away for 4 weeks, during that time the road markings have been done and also the box junction has been redone. However the direction arrows at the junction of Horton road have NOT been done, the left lane should have a left turn arrow and the other two lanes should have straight ahead arrows, it is these arrows that contribute so much to the safety at this junction.

The arrows on the road have been seen by millions of motorists over the years. During 2023 they were totally warn away. At the beginning of 2024 I reported this fact to the highways agency, during October the box Jut was redone and all the lane markings, with the exception of the lane arrows at the exit of Horton road at the roundabout. The highways agency phoned me and told me that they were in discussions with Surrey CC about these arrows. That was 2 months ago and I have heard nothing since cars come speeding out of Horton road in the left lane which was marked with an arrow to turn left prevoiusly to join the M25 clockwise and try to go straight accross causing havoc with the trafic from the center lane who are in the process of indicating and moving over to the left hand lane of the bridge. Please put the 3 arrows back on the tarmac to keep the trafic in the lanes they should be in.
