Queue detection sensors seem to regularly misdetect queues here

Reported via desktop in the Electronic Sign (NH) category anonymously at 23:35, Thu 5 September 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6441773.

There are often queues at this location particularly in the morning rush period, but regularly during the day when there is light traffic, the signals at this location (A14 EB approaching Girton for M11) set themselves to 40 with 'Queue caution'. It's likely a loop detector or vergeside IR detector is mis-detecting queues here. Could this be looked into?
