It’s daylight in my garden 24 hours

The light on the motor way above my house are illuminated my house all night like it’s daylight, you can’t block it out , it’s impossible to sleep The picture attached is ten at night , can’t they put some kind of filter so it illuminates the motor way but no light pollution over the sides
