Button not activation wait on crossing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6436728.

Pressing button is not activating the crossing for the green man to appear. The wait is not illuminating and is constantly staying on the red man. This is on the windmill road junction which is a busy junction with school children etc on the car garage side
