Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6435017.

In the right hand footpath/cycle path subway coming from Churchdown a green metal electrical box, 4-5 ft high, (reference no. IRO16) has been knocked off its concrete pedestal. It is lying against the grass bank and is emitting a high pitched electronic sound.
