Faulty Lights Causing Long Traffic Queues

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 11:51, Wednesday 4 September 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6434990.

W/B approach to Countess Roundabout, A303 Amesbury, traffic lights are going from red to green then almost immediately back to red, allowing just one vehicle to pass through causing large traffic queues. This has only been happening since resurfacing work was carried out on approach to the roundabout earlier this week at exactly the same location. The issue was not present on Sunday 1st September before resurfacing work started.
