Bridge pier concrete spalling

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6434045.

The bridge pier on the western side (possibly eastern) has severe spalling to the concrete, with steel reinforcement exposed. This could therefore be a dangerous structure.
