Previously repairs surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6431700.

One patch of previous repaired surface on the middle lane which has sunk and the surface is so poor it is making vehicles swerve into next lane to avoid being shaken to death.

In view of the high amount of HGVs using this road, I suspect the previous temporary repair has not been addressed
