Berwick Way and it's exits onto Station Road

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 11:32, Mon 2 September 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6425738.

From one of our Parishes via East Sussex Highways. Passing onto you as the area is not maintained by ESCC. One of our Stewards has visited.

`We have a situation in Berwick which is causing a lot of concern. The Berwick Way and it's exits onto Station Road are becoming increasingly difficult and in some places dangerous. When emerging from the cycleway particularly the new section from it's intersection with Station Road to the Drusillas roundabout. I have reported this using the portal and have been advised that the problem has already been reported, but it still hasn't been cut back. This particular section, not just the junctions, is very difficult for walkers to negotiate'
